Terms of Service

ExpiraDoc ("ExpiraDoc", "we", "us") is a service operated by ADVALORIS TRADE - FZCO, a FZCO (Free Zone Company) licensed under trade licence no. 73991 issued by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZA), DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These Terms of Service govern your use of ExpiraDoc. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use ExpiraDoc on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

ExpiraDoc is an online (software-as-a-service) tool for tracking documents and deadlines. It lets you:

• store and organise documents
• track expiration dates
• track administrative deadlines
• receive reminders
• manage renewals
• keep a history of documents and renewals
• use suggested tracking templates based on your sector and activity

ExpiraDoc is a tracking and organisational tool only. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting or regulatory advice, does not guarantee your compliance with any law or regulation, does not file declarations or applications on your behalf, and does not replace advice from a qualified professional.

ExpiraDoc may suggest documents and deadlines based on your country, sector and business activity. These are general tracking suggestions. They are not verified or exhaustive lists of legal obligations for any jurisdiction.

• Requirements vary by country, region, profession, company type and individual circumstances.
• Suggestions may be incomplete or may not apply to you.
• You remain responsible for determining your actual legal and regulatory obligations.
• ExpiraDoc does not guarantee that every required document or deadline is included.

A suggested item is never a statement that the document or deadline is legally mandatory for you.

Reminders are a convenience feature. We use reasonable efforts to deliver the reminders you have configured, but delivery cannot be absolutely guaranteed, for example because of email provider issues, spam filtering, connectivity problems, failures of third-party services, incorrect contact details or technical outages.

You remain responsible for monitoring your own important deadlines. The days-remaining countdown and status shown in your account remain available independently of reminder delivery.

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your contact details current. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You keep ownership of the documents and information you add. You grant us only the rights needed to host, process and display that content to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for:

• the accuracy of the information you enter, including expiration dates
• having the right and authority to upload each document
• keeping expiration dates and contact information up to date
• choosing which reminders to configure
• complying with the laws that apply to the documents you store

You must not use ExpiraDoc unlawfully, upload content you have no right to store, upload malware, attempt to access other customers' data, or interfere with the service's security or operation. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules, proportionately and with notice where reasonable.

Prices are shown as monthly equivalents for comparison. Subscriptions are billed every 3 months, not monthly:

• Personal: €4.99/month equivalent — billed €14.97 every 3 months
• Starter: €14.99/month equivalent — billed €44.97 every 3 months
• Professional: €29.99/month equivalent — billed €89.97 every 3 months
• Business: €59.99/month equivalent — billed €179.97 every 3 months

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A payment method is collected when the trial starts; no subscription charge is made during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial and the full 3-month amount is charged. It then renews automatically every 3 months until cancelled.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Applicable taxes may be calculated and added at checkout based on your billing address. See the Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

Each plan includes limits (for example the number of documents or deadlines, users and storage) as described on the pricing page. When a limit is reached, existing data stays accessible but new items cannot be added until you are within the limit or, where available, upgrade.

You can cancel at any time from Account & Settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. Refunds and any statutory withdrawal rights are handled as described in the Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy and in accordance with applicable mandatory law.

We aim to keep ExpiraDoc available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may improve or change features. If we make a material change that reduces what your paid plan includes, we will inform you in advance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by your failure to monitor deadlines, by inaccurate information you entered, or by events outside our reasonable control, and our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

To be reviewed before launch: Liability limitation wording, governing law and dispute resolution must be checked by a lawyer for the UAE and for consumer customers in the EU/EEA and other target markets.

You may stop using ExpiraDoc and cancel at any time. You can delete your account yourself in Account & Settings → Privacy / Account. When an account is deleted, any active subscription is cancelled and the account and its content are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. For material changes we will notify you and, where required, ask you to accept the new version.

To be reviewed before launch: Governing law and competent courts have not been chosen yet. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence regardless of the choice made.
