Last updated: 2 October 2026
1. Prices and billing period
Prices are shown as monthly equivalents. Monthly equivalent price — billed every 3 months.
- Personal: €4.99/month equivalent — billed €14.97 every 3 months
- Starter: €14.99/month equivalent — billed €44.97 every 3 months
- Professional: €29.99/month equivalent — billed €89.97 every 3 months
- Business: €59.99/month equivalent — billed €179.97 every 3 months
Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your billing address.
2. 14-day free trial
- Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
- Your payment method is collected when the trial starts; nothing is charged during the trial.
- Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and the full 3-month amount is charged on the day the trial ends.
- The subscription then renews automatically every 3 months until you cancel.
3. How to cancel
Go to Account & Settings → Subscription and click Cancel subscription (or Manage billing). This opens our payment provider's secure billing page, where you confirm the cancellation. There are no fees and no other steps.
- Cancelling during the trial: no charge is taken.
- Cancelling after a payment: the subscription stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the 3-month period already paid.
- After it ends, your documents remain viewable; adding new items is paused unless you subscribe again.
4. Changing plans
Business accounts can change plans from Account & Settings. Changes stay on the 3-month cycle; you are charged or credited only the difference for the time left in the current period.
5. Refunds
We distinguish three situations:
- Cancelling future renewals — always available, as described above.
- Voluntary refunds — we may, at our discretion, refund a charge, for example if you were charged shortly after forgetting to cancel and did not use the service. Contact us to ask.
- Legally required refunds and withdrawal rights — where mandatory law gives you a right to a refund or to withdraw from the contract (for example as a consumer in the EU/EEA for distance contracts), we honour that right. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights.
Refund requests: support@expiradoc.com
To be reviewed before launch: EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Whether and how it applies to a subscription with a free trial, and whether any specific consent at checkout is needed, must be confirmed by a lawyer. No waiver of withdrawal rights is currently requested from customers.
6. Failed payments
If a payment fails, you keep access and are asked to update your payment method. Your data is never deleted because of a failed payment.
